All new! Opera in 3D!

The ROH email invites me to watch ‘Carmen in 3D’ at a cinema near me. But fans of living life in the tri-dimensional reality it already is will enjoy the headline for the ENO’s production of Lucrezia Borgia:

If only there was some way of turning that 2D, sound-only operatic experience that we all know from CDs into something you could see and … almost touch. Now that would be something.
